Do you keep the colour of my last dye?
Yes. Your file records the exact formula (brand, shade, developer and timing) of every colour service. Next time we repeat the result or adjust it without guessing.
Do you remember how you styled me last time?
We keep a photo of every cut or updo (only if you agree) and notes on what you liked and what you did not. Any member of the team can look after you just as well.
Can I book without calling?
Yes, on this website you choose service, day and time and receive confirmation by WhatsApp or email. You can change or cancel from the same link up to 3 hours before.
How long does a colour take?
A full colour, one and a half to two hours; balayage or babylights, two to three hours. When you book we block the right amount of time so you never wait.
Do you do an allergy test?
If it is your first colour with us or more than six months since the last one, we do a sensitivity test 48 h before. It is quick and avoids surprises.
